The virus and spyware removal service includes completely removing all viruses and harmful spyware. Viruses can cause slow performance and crashes. Spyware will cause the same issues as viruses but can also put your personal data such as credit card numbers and bank account information at risk. |

We will backup your important or sensitive data for you to the media of your choice. (DVD, CD, Thumb Drive, etc) This can be a one time backup or can be automated to backup at the frequency of your choice. |

| Data Recovery |
We can attempt to recover data from crashed hard drives, dead flash/thumb drives, or data that you think you may have deleted. Data recovery is never a guaranteed process and has to be judged on a case to case basis. We will meet with you to have a consultation and judge your individual situation to see if we can help you. |
